The challenge
Trauma coaching is built on trust. People who look for it are often in a vulnerable place, and the website is the first conversation they have with the coach. It has to feel safe, warm and personal before anyone books a call.
Bianca had no website at all. She needed a premium site from scratch that does exactly that, and that reflects her personality and her work with horses, not a standard coaching template.
What I decided, and why

Lead with the person and the horse.
The homepage opens with Bianca next to a white horse, under the headline "Begleitung für Mensch und Tier" ("Companionship for people and animals"). In coaching, people choose a person, not a service list. Visitors meet Bianca and her method in the first second, before they read a word.

Warm, not clinical.
Many therapy and coaching sites look like clinics: cold blues, stock photos, dense text. Here the colors, layout and small details are warm and calm, so the site feels like a welcome, not an intake form.

Built on WordPress, without custom code.
Bianca updates her offers, dates and texts herself. A site she can run alone, without calling a developer, stays alive and up to date.

Guided step by step.
Bianca was building her first website. I walked her through each stage and made sure every decision felt like her, so the result was a site she recognizes herself in, not one she has to get used to.
Starting point
There was no previous site. Everything was designed and built from a blank page in 4 weeks.
