This website is operated by Visualeria ("I", "me", or "my"), a freelance visual design studio. You can contact me at hello@visualeria.com .

  • Contact information you voluntarily provide (name, email address) when you reach out via email.
  • Booking data processed by Calendly when you schedule a call — governed by Calendly's own Privacy Policy.

3. How I use your data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and manage our working relationship.
  • Schedule and manage calls or project meetings.

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, my legal basis for processing your personal data is legitimate interest (responding to your enquiries and running the business) and, where applicable, your consent.

5. Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies. If a third-party service (e.g. Calendly) sets cookies in your browser, those are subject to their respective privacy policies.

I use the following third-party tools which may process your data independently:

I retain email correspondence for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected — typically for the duration of a client relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion at any time.
